本規約は、HERAC LLC（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリ「ペリシェア（PeriShare）」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことにより、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
本アプリは、グループ内での割り勘計算・精算管理・共有を行うためのサービスです。
本アプリはログインなしでも利用可能です。Apple IDまたはGoogleアカウントによるログインに対応しています。なお、領収書機能はログインが必要です。アカウント情報の管理はユーザー自身の責任において行ってください。
現在本アプリは無料でご利用いただけます。今後、広告の表示や有料機能を導入する場合があります。その際は事前にお知らせします。
本アプリの計算結果はあくまで参考情報です。実際の精算はユーザー間で確認してください。金銭トラブルについて、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
為替レートは第三者が提供する公開APIから取得する参考値であり、正確性・最新性・取引所レートとの一致を当社が保証するものではありません。
レシートのカメラ読み取り機能は光学文字認識（OCR）による入力支援であり、誤認識が生じる場合があります。確定前に内容をご確認ください。
領収書機能で発行される領収書の内容（金額・氏名等）はユーザー自身が入力するものであり、その正確性はユーザーの責任において確認してください。承認・却下の判断はユーザー間の信頼に基づくものであり、当社は領収書の内容の正確性について一切の保証・責任を負いません。
当社はデータの保存を保証しません。通信障害・システム障害等によるデータの消失について、当社は責任を負いません。重要なデータは定期的にバックアップしてください。
本アプリの共有機能を使用した場合、共有リンクを知っている方はグループデータを閲覧できます。共有後の編集内容についての責任はユーザーご自身が負うものとします。
本アプリに関する著作権・商標権その他一切の権利はHERAC LLCに帰属します。
当社は、本アプリの利用により生じた損害（直接・間接を問わず）について、一切の責任を負いません。本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。
当社は事前の通知なく、本規約またはサービスの内容を変更・終了する場合があります。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されます。本規約に関する一切の紛争については、大阪地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service govern your use of "PeriShare" ("the App") provided by HERAC LLC ("we" or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
PeriShare is a service for bill-splitting calculations, settlement management, and sharing within groups.
The App can be used without logging in. Login via Apple ID or Google account is also supported. Note that the receipt feature requires login. You are responsible for managing your own account information.
The App is currently free to use. We may introduce advertising or paid features in the future, and will notify you in advance if we do.
Calculation results provided by the App are for reference only. Please confirm all settlements directly with your group members. We are not responsible for any financial disputes arising from use of the App.
Exchange rates are reference values obtained from third-party public APIs; we do not guarantee their accuracy, timeliness, or consistency with market or bank rates.
The receipt camera feature uses OCR to assist with input; misreads may occur. Please verify the recognized content before you confirm.
Receipt content (amounts, names, etc.) entered via the receipt feature is provided by users themselves. Users are responsible for verifying its accuracy. Approval and rejection decisions are based on mutual trust between users. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of receipt content.
We do not guarantee data preservation. We are not liable for data loss due to network failures, system errors, or other causes. Please back up important data regularly.
When you use the sharing feature, anyone with the shared link will be able to view the group data. You are responsible for any edits made after sharing.
All rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to the App belong to HERAC LLC.
We are not liable for any damages (direct or indirect) arising from use of the App. The App is provided "as is."
We may modify or discontinue the service or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court as the court of first instance.
