本プライバシーポリシーは、HERAC LLC（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリ「ペリシェア（PeriShare）」（以下「本アプリ」）における、ユーザー情報の取扱いについて説明するものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことにより、本ポリシーに同意いただいたものとみなします。
本アプリでは、Apple IDまたはGoogleアカウントによるログインに加え、共有リンクからクラウド上のイベントを開く際などに、Firebase Authenticationの匿名アカウントが利用される場合があります。いずれの場合も、認証に関連して以下のような情報がFirebase経由で扱われることがあります。

レシート撮影機能を利用する場合、端末のカメラ（文書スキャン）を使用します。画像の読み取り（OCR）は主に端末内で行います。読み取った内容に基づき、店舗名・日付・金額などのテキスト情報をアプリ内で利用し、ログイン済みの場合はFirebase（Cloud Firestore）に保存されることがあります。レシート画像ファイルそのものを当社が別途クラウドにアップロードして保管する機能はありません。
Firebase（Authentication・Cloud Firestore）の利用に伴い、接続やセキュリティのためにIPアドレスやデバイスに関する情報などが、Google LLCのプライバシーポリシーに従って処理される場合があります。本アプリのコード上、Firebase Analytics や Crashlytics を有効化した利用は行っていません。一方で、OSやアプリ配信プラットフォーム（例：App Store）が提供するクラッシュや診断に関する情報は、各提供者の方針に従い別途収集・提供される場合があります。
収集した情報は、以下の目的のために利用します。
当社は以下のサービスを利用しており、これらのサービスプロバイダーに一部の情報が共有される場合があります。当社は収集した情報を第三者に販売することはありません。
ゲストモードで共有していないグループのデータは、お使いの端末内（localStorage）にのみ保存されます。ログインした場合、またはゲストモードでグループの共有機能を使用した場合は、対応するグループデータがGoogle Firebaseのサーバーに保存・同期されることがあります。
1.4.6以降のオフラインメモ機能で入力した下書きは、ログイン状態に関わらず端末内（localStorage）に保存され、「支払いに反映」するまで新たにクラウドへ送信しません。それ以前のバージョンで共有グループとともに保存されたメモの複製は、新しいバージョンからそのグループを次回保存するまでクラウド上に残る場合があります。
ユーザーが共有機能を使用した場合に限り、グループメンバー間でデータが共有されます。予定情報（場所・メモ・URL等）と領収書情報（発行者名・宛名・金額等）は、同グループのメンバー全員が閲覧できます。当社は収集した情報を第三者に販売しません。
当社は収集した情報を保護するために適切なセキュリティ対策を講じています。ただし、インターネット上での完全なセキュリティを保証するものではありません。
アカウントの削除は、ログイン利用者とゲスト利用者のどちらもアプリ内から行えます。削除処理では、Firebase Authenticationのアカウント、参加グループ・招待等のアカウント紐付け、端末内データ、およびサーバー上で当該アカウントが作成したと確認できる共有記録を削除します。必要に応じて、共有データの整合性を保つため内容を含まない削除済み記録に置き換えます。Appleでログインしている場合は、必要な本人確認を行い、Appleとの連携も解除します。
共有グループ内で他のメンバーが作成した記録は削除しません。古いバージョンで作成者を安全に確認できない記録も、誤削除を防ぐため保持する場合があります。保持する場合は当該アカウントの識別情報との関連を外します。また、整合性、重複処理の防止、安全な再試行のため、内容を含まない削除済み記録や匿名化された処理状態を必要な期間保持することがあります。
端末内だけで利用していたゲストの削除ではFirebaseへ通信せず、アプリ内の削除操作で端末データを消去します。共有機能を利用したゲストについては、関連するクラウドデータを先に処理します。削除は通常2時間以内に完了し、中断時はアプリを再度開くことで再開できます。24時間を過ぎても完了しない場合はお問い合わせください。
本アプリは13歳未満の方の利用を想定していません。13歳未満の方の個人情報と知りながら収集した場合は、速やかに削除します。
本ポリシーは変更される場合があります。変更後のポリシーは本ページに掲載します。

This Privacy Policy describes how HERAC LLC ("we" or "us") handles your information in the app "PeriShare" ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
The App supports sign-in with Apple and Google. In addition, when you open a shared cloud event from a link, Firebase Authentication may use an anonymous account. In any of these cases, information such as the following may be processed via Firebase:

If you use receipt capture, the App uses the device camera (document scanning). Text recognition (OCR) is performed primarily on the device. Based on the recognized text, the App uses fields such as store name, date, and amounts, and when you are signed in, that information may be stored in Firebase (Cloud Firestore). The App does not upload or store receipt image files in the cloud as a separate image archive operated by us.
When using Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore), information such as IP addresses and device-related data may be processed by Google LLC in accordance with the Firebase/Google privacy policy. We do not enable Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics in this App. Separately, crash or diagnostic data may be collected by the operating system or the app distribution platform (for example, the App Store) under their own policies.
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
We use the following third-party services. Some information may be shared with these providers. We do not sell your information to third parties.
In guest mode, data for groups you have not shared is stored only on your device (localStorage). When you sign in, or when you use group sharing in guest mode, supported group data may be stored and synced on Google Firebase servers.
Starting with version 1.4.6, drafts entered in the offline memo feature stay in localStorage on your device, regardless of sign-in status, and are not newly sent to the cloud until you tap "Apply as payment." A copy of a memo stored with a shared group by an earlier version may remain in the cloud until that group is next saved by a newer version.
Data is shared with group members only when you use the sharing feature. Plan information (including locations, notes, and URLs) and receipt information (issuer name, recipient name, amount, etc.) are visible to all members of the same group. We do not sell your information to third parties.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. However, we cannot guarantee complete security over the internet.
Both signed-in and guest users can start deletion from within the app. The process removes the Firebase Authentication account, account-linked group memberships and invitations, on-device data, and shared records that the server can verify were created by that account. Where needed to preserve shared-data consistency, deleted content is replaced with a content-free tombstone. If you signed in with Apple, the process performs any required identity verification and revokes the Apple connection.
Records created by other members in a shared group are not deleted. Older records whose creator cannot be verified safely may also be retained to prevent accidental deletion; when retained, they are detached from identifiers for the deleted account. Content-free tombstones or anonymized processing status may be retained as needed for consistency, duplicate prevention, and safe retry.
Deleting a guest who used only on-device data makes no Firebase request and erases the device data through the in-app flow. For a guest who used sharing, related cloud data is processed first. Deletion normally completes within two hours and resumes safely when the app is reopened after an interruption. Contact us if it has not completed after 24 hours.
This app is not intended for use by children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
