本プライバシーポリシーは、HERAC LLC（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリ「ペリシェア（PeriShare）」（以下「本アプリ」）における、ユーザー情報の取扱いについて説明するものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことにより、本ポリシーに同意いただいたものとみなします。
本アプリでは、Apple IDまたはGoogleアカウントによるログインに加え、共有リンクからクラウド上のイベントを開く際などに、Firebase Authenticationの匿名アカウントが利用される場合があります。いずれの場合も、認証に関連して以下のような情報がFirebase経由で扱われることがあります。

レシート撮影機能を利用する場合、端末のカメラ（文書スキャン）を使用します。画像の読み取り（OCR）は主に端末内で行います。読み取った内容に基づき、店舗名・日付・金額などのテキスト情報をアプリ内で利用し、ログイン済みの場合はFirebase（Cloud Firestore）に保存されることがあります。レシート画像ファイルそのものを当社が別途クラウドにアップロードして保管する機能はありません。
Firebase（Authentication・Cloud Firestore）の利用に伴い、接続やセキュリティのためにIPアドレスやデバイスに関する情報などが、Google LLCのプライバシーポリシーに従って処理される場合があります。本アプリのコード上、Firebase Analytics や Crashlytics を有効化した利用は行っていません。一方で、OSやアプリ配信プラットフォーム（例：App Store）が提供するクラッシュや診断に関する情報は、各提供者の方針に従い別途収集・提供される場合があります。
収集した情報は、以下の目的のために利用します。
当社は以下のサービスを利用しており、これらのサービスプロバイダーに一部の情報が共有される場合があります。当社は収集した情報を第三者に販売することはありません。
ゲストモードでご利用の場合、データはお使いの端末内（localStorage）にのみ保存されます。ログインした場合は、Google Firebase（米国）のサーバーに保存・同期されます。
オフラインメモ機能で入力したデータは、ログイン状態に関わらず端末内（localStorage）にのみ保存され、クラウドには同期されません。「支払いに反映」操作を行った時点で、正式な支払いデータとしてクラウドに保存されます。
ユーザーが共有機能を使用した場合に限り、グループメンバー間でデータが共有されます。領収書情報（発行者名・宛名・金額等）は、同グループのメンバー全員が閲覧できます。当社は収集した情報を第三者に販売しません。
当社は収集した情報を保護するために適切なセキュリティ対策を講じています。ただし、インターネット上での完全なセキュリティを保証するものではありません。
アカウントの削除はアプリ内から行うことができます。削除が完了すると、ログイン用のアカウント（Firebase Authentication）および、当該アカウントに紐づく参加グループの一覧情報は削除されます。これにより、同一のアカウントではクラウド上のデータにアクセスできなくなります。
すでにクラウドに保存されている共有グループのイベント・支払い・TODO・メモや、領収書機能でクラウドに保存された内容は、他のメンバーの利用や記録の継続のため、自動では削除されないことがあります。共有データまで消去したい場合は、削除前に該当するイベントの編集・削除や、グループからの離脱など、必要な操作を行ってください。
ゲストモードで端末内（localStorage）のみに保存されたデータは、アプリを削除することで消去されます。
本アプリは13歳未満の方の利用を想定していません。13歳未満の方の個人情報と知りながら収集した場合は、速やかに削除します。
本ポリシーは変更される場合があります。変更後のポリシーは本ページに掲載します。

This Privacy Policy describes how HERAC LLC ("we" or "us") handles your information in the app "PeriShare" ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
The App supports sign-in with Apple and Google. In addition, when you open a shared cloud event from a link, Firebase Authentication may use an anonymous account. In any of these cases, information such as the following may be processed via Firebase:

If you use receipt capture, the App uses the device camera (document scanning). Text recognition (OCR) is performed primarily on the device. Based on the recognized text, the App uses fields such as store name, date, and amounts, and when you are signed in, that information may be stored in Firebase (Cloud Firestore). The App does not upload or store receipt image files in the cloud as a separate image archive operated by us.
When using Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore), information such as IP addresses and device-related data may be processed by Google LLC in accordance with the Firebase/Google privacy policy. We do not enable Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics in this App. Separately, crash or diagnostic data may be collected by the operating system or the app distribution platform (for example, the App Store) under their own policies.
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
We use the following third-party services. Some information may be shared with these providers. We do not sell your information to third parties.
In guest mode, data is stored only on your device (localStorage). When logged in, data is stored and synced on Google Firebase servers (United States).
Data entered in the offline memo feature is stored only on your device (localStorage) regardless of login status and is never synced to the cloud. When you tap "Apply as payment," the memo is saved as official payment data to the cloud.
Data is shared with group members only when you use the sharing feature. Receipt information (issuer name, recipient name, amount, etc.) is visible to all members of the same group. We do not sell your information to third parties.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. However, we cannot guarantee complete security over the internet.
You can delete your account from within the app. When deletion completes, your Firebase Authentication account and your joined-groups index under users/<UID>/joinedGroups are removed. You will no longer be able to access cloud data with the same account.
However, shared group data already stored in the cloud (event, payments, TODOs, and memos in groups documents) and receipt metadata in the receipts collection may remain so that other members can keep using the records. If you need that shared data removed, edit or delete the relevant events, leave the group, or take other steps before deleting your account, as appropriate.
Data stored only on your device in guest mode (localStorage) can be removed by uninstalling the app.
This app is not intended for use by children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
