Delete Account

You can delete your PeriShare account directly from within the app.

How to Delete

1. Open the app
2. Tap the 👤 button in the top right corner
3. Select "Delete account"
4. Review the information shown and confirm deletion
5. If prompted, verify your identity with Apple or Google

After cloud deletion and removal of the authentication account are confirmed, the app erases its on-device data and signs you out. If the process is interrupted, opening the app again resumes it safely.

Deletion normally completes within two hours. If it has not completed after 24 hours, contact us using the address below.

Data That Will Be Deleted

• Your Firebase Authentication account information, such as display name and email address
• Account-linked group memberships, invitations, and processing records
• Shared records that the server can verify were created by your account
• Groups, plans, drafts, and other data stored by the app on this device

In shared groups, records created by other members are not deleted. Older records whose creator cannot be verified safely may also be retained to prevent accidental deletion; when retained, they are detached from identifiers for your account. Content-free deletion tombstones or anonymized processing status may be kept temporarily for consistency and safe retry.

If you signed in with Apple, the deletion flow may ask you to authenticate with Apple again and will revoke the Apple connection when required.

Guest mode can also be deleted in the app. If a guest used only on-device data, deletion makes no Firebase request and erases that local data. If the guest used sharing, related cloud data is removed first, followed by the on-device data.
